Joseph George
Appreciative of Career Development, Training & Development and Organization Development (OD) processes, Joseph enjoys integrating these three streams creatively and yet practically. His expertise is based on line, staff & consulting experiences spanning 2 decades. He has also taught at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for a decade. His notable methods included facilitation as against instruction. This extended to process consultative approaches for practising consultants in the social sector in live consulting projects.
Joseph’s methods have been based on research in the behavioural sciences, which helped him navigate challenges in the process of capability building. A certified and experienced coach, and trained in Psychometry, he fuses sensitivity and forthrightness to developmental processes. He is also certified in Neuro- Linguistic Programming and Job Profiling processes. His experiences include facilitating Top Team Strategy Facilitation, Building High-Potential Leadership Pools and working on cross- cultural facilitation between work-forces from countries such as US, UK, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore for Wipro Ltd and its clients. His academic work includes instrumentation of Change Readiness, Learning Climate, Quality Climate, OD evaluation and Entrepreneurship Orientation. Reviewer of academic publications and papers for Journals, he is often invited to speak at forums on related themes such as Knowledge Management and Organisational Citizenship.

Ann has over 25 years of work experience. She is a Founder Partner at Workplace Catalysts LLP. She was also Founder Director at Sabre Skilling Pvt Ltd for close to 15 years. Ann is a certified debriefer for Harrisons Assessments & a master practitioner in NLP/ Gestalt practice.
As director at Sabre Skilling, she has custom designed as well as facilitated over 1200 training initiatives in Sales and customer engagement. She has from 2003 to 2007, consulted with Thomas International. She consulted with Thomas International – as a HR interview panellist and Assessor for Development Centre initiatives, for organisations such as Infosys, Wipro, Fidelity, Britannia, Pantaloons and Tyco Engineering.
Ann started her career in sales with concept selling, she moved to key account management & training for healthcare insurance & then Birla Sunlife Insurance. Her job profile included key account management, sales, customer care & training.
